A Deeply Healing Experience
Reconnect with your body through this detail, intuitive massage. Unravel and bring relief to chronic pain patterns. In this session we work to relax the body before we dive deeply into the muscles and breakdown holding patterns (knots, congression, blockage, etc.) and we finally soothe the muscles and gently introduce new range of motion to the joints. Depending on how the muscles are responding, service time might run over, please arrive on time and allow for 15min buffer time. Tax and card fees are added during checkout.

I’ve always been drawn to helping others, health sciences, and art, which are at the heart of my approach to massages. With each massage I blend the theory and techniques of a variety of massage modalities, kinesiology, anatomy & physiology to an artful flow that matches each person’s natural rhythm. I enjoy being able to empower my clients to connect with their mind/body and continue their healing journey throughout their everyday lives.
In 2018, I obtained my Massage & Bodywork licensure from Center for Massage and Natural Health 600 hour program in Asheville, NC. I have worked in spas in the start of my career so I enjoy adding luxurious touches to your healing experience. With flowing strokes and deep tissue technique, I aim to relax muscles, then address muscles from different angles for lasting results.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call/text 48 hours prior to your appointment. For first time cancellation with less than 24 hour notice or No Call No Show, that first time will be graced (no charge) but moving forward all sessions will have to be prepaid. After 1st graced cancellation, services cancelled with less than 24 hours cancellation or No Call No Show will be charged 50% of service cost.
