About me.

I’ve always sought a career that could captivate my attention. I found myself in the holistic health world, where I discovered my love for massage.  Massage has broadened my horizons in all directions.  I have been able to express my nurturing side by caring for clients of all demographics.  One of the greatest self-discoveries in my career is how much I love to work with my hands.  Working with my hands has made me a more present person, on and off the table.

In 2017 I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Massage Therapy.  While at NWHSU I explored all different types of modalities and treatments.  My education includes Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and fascial work, Oncology Massage, Maternity Massage, and Geriatric Massage.  I feel confident working with people of special populations.  Since graduating in 2017 I have learned to do Cupping Therapy and am currently learning Herbalism from Midwestern School of Herbal studies. 

I love to combine my Neuromuscular background with relaxation techniques.  When working with clients my goal is to achieve pain relief and lasting change in the body.  I feel confident working on all types of bodies, but I am drawn to working with people prenatal and postnatal.  There's something so meaningful about nurturing the divine feminine energy of our world!  I'm excited to be able to cultivate my own space where I can explore my creativity on the table.

When I’m not massaging you can probably find me thrifting, watching movies, crocheting/sewing and spending time with my sweet husband Diego and beloved dog Nova.
